ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?

WHERE CAN I FIND INFO ON YOUR INGREDIENTS?

We are 100% Cruelty Free! Our lashes are all faux mink lashes, which means synthetic fibres are used to hand-make them. We also only source ingredients from cruelty free vendors and suppliers. 

DO YOU HAVE SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES?

Yes! We are most active on our Instagram but we are also growing our community on TikTok! You can follow our Instagram, TikTok and Twitter accounts at the handles @shopkaybic !

HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE?

We have several shipping options, depending on delivery time and where you live! We do offer free shipping on orders over £40 and placed in the United Kingdom! Our International Shipping is currently on hold due to Brexit and Tax changes. Keep updated on our social media about our sales and the return of International Shipping.

We do not take any responsibility for lost parcels - once we ship your order, the responsibility of the parcel resides with the courier, so we recommend using the tracked option wherever possible. 

The ingredients for each product can be found on the product page in the shop! We are also working on our Ingredients Page which will list all of the key ingredients that we use and their benefits. We are also in the process of creating information cards that will be shipped with every product,  listing the ingredients, their benefits and uses. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN FRIENDLY?

All of our cosmetic products are natural and vegan friendly! We use no animal derived ingredients and always find vegan friendly alternatives! Our Lashes are also faux mink, synthetic lashes.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?

With the products that you ordered, we always include a couple of extra gifts! These vary, so we cannot list specifics, but some common things are:

  • 3-Ply Disposable Face Masks

  • Sweets and Treats!

  • Personal, hand-written appreciation notes <3

DO YOU GIFT FREE PRODUCTS FOR REVIEW?

We currently are not gifting products for review, but this is something that we will look into in the near future. Please do not ask for free products, we will make you aware if we are looking for people to work with and try/test our products! Thank you.
